The above project is based in Wellingborough (Northamptonshire). The warehouse was one large unit, which our client purchased to expand their business.

The client commissioned CS2 to manage and design a scheme to re-fit out the old Warehouse into new offices, store rooms, boardrooms, show room & warehousing. WBS Construction was instructed as principle contractor and ran the project from start to finish.

The works on this project covered all aspects of our services and it was nice to see an old empty warehouse turned into a comfortable and smart work space for our clients staff to enjoy.
