The above project is based in Old (Northamptonshire) the existing property was a 2 bedroom stone cottage.
The client had commissioned a local architect to design a new two story extension on the side / rear of the property to form a new bedroom and large kitchen. In this design he allowed for creating three new dormer windows to the existing roof, to form two new bedrooms.
This made the extended property a five-bedroom property with new large family kitchen. WBS Construction was contacted by the client to price for the complete project, after several quotes the customer decided to appoint us as the main contractor.
This was lovely project to work on using local stone in turning a small cottage into a large family home, which the customer and his family will enjoy for many years.
