The above project is based in Bicester (Oxfordshire). The existing warehouse was one large unit, which our client purchased from Pankl Drive Trains Ltd.
The client commissioned CS2 to manage and design a scheme to divide the old Warehouse into three new units. WBS Construction was instructed as principle contractor and ran the project from start to finish.
The work consisted of removing an old mezzanine floor along with some old factory equipment, then building two large one hour compartment-dividing walls from concrete blocks, jumbo stud and fire line plaster board.
All existing services entering the building needed to be split to supply three new units. To complete the works we re-installed the mezzanine floor to create more storage space to both new units and left the site ready for the agents to market the new units.
